Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of LoadIQ, operated by Pedzisai Poseni, trading as LoadIQ, in South Africa.
Using LoadIQ
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your business records, user access, and the accuracy of loads, invoices, payments, expenses, and other information entered into LoadIQ.
Service availability
We work to keep LoadIQ secure and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, connectivity failures, supplier outages, or events outside our control. Keep any records your business is legally required to retain.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, scrape the platform, or use LoadIQ to violate another person's rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
Liability
LoadIQ is a record-keeping and operational tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, LoadIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
