Delete your LoadIQ account
Send the request from the email address registered to your LoadIQ account. This helps us verify ownership before deleting business data.
- Email loadiqsupport@gmail.com from your registered account email.
- Use the subject: Delete my LoadIQ account.
- Include your company name and ask whether you want the whole company or only your user removed.
- Complete any reasonable ownership-verification step we send you.
Verified requests will be processed within 30 days. Account and operational data will be deleted or anonymized, except records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup rotation, or dispute-resolution purposes.
