Privacy Policy
LoadIQ is operated in South Africa by Pedzisai Poseni, trading as LoadIQ. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the LoadIQ mobile app and web service.
Information we collect
We collect account and business details you provide, including your name, email address, company profile, trucks, customers, loads, invoices, payments, expenses, maintenance records and optional files you choose to upload. LoadIQ does not collect or store load photos. We may also process device, security, diagnostic, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide fleet-management features, authenticate users, synchronize records, create reports and invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and storage
Information may be processed by vetted hosting, database, storage, authentication, monitoring, and communication providers acting for LoadIQ. Data may be processed outside South Africa with appropriate safeguards. We retain information only while needed for the service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, objection, restriction, or deletion where applicable. You can also withdraw optional permissions in your device settings. Some records may be retained when required by law or for security and fraud prevention.
